Very long waiting times I had appointment at 12 pm and at 1:30 pm was still waiting to be seen. Receptionist was rude. When I knocked on the window to ask how much longer I need to wait, she replied "I'm helping somebody else, o gosh". Then she replied "30 more minutes" - that's 2 hours of waiting all together. I left the office without seeing the doctor and will never be back. Just changed my PCP.

Dr. Gudz will be my forever doctor, she literally saved my life and for that I'm eternally grateful. She takes every measure to provide the best Healthcare to her patients. I love you Dr. Gudz

The front desk receptionist is so rude. The first time she was rude to me I taught maybe i am overreacting but whether I call or walk in this lady treats me like crap. I work front desk also and if I was to tell a patient that "every time you come here you want something done last minute... I know you don't care but I'm just telling you again I can't..." i would have lost my job immediately!!!! I print out or email reports for patients on a daily basis.... i walked in and asked her if she could make a copy for me. She could have said i will have them ready for you by this date... But no that's how she answers after she said no problem just wait a minute... I would rather pay out of pocket for good service elsewhere... Don't waste your time

Dr.Gudz and staff are very welcoming and knowledgable. Dr.Gudz takes all the time you need and does not rush you out the door. Highly recommend!Great GP.
