I went here a couple of times. I was happy with the service but not so happy with the customer service when there was billing questions. They got defensive instead of talking it out with me. My insurance ended up paying more than was guessed by them. They acted like it was my fault. Now they owe me money for an overpayment and it's been months. They put all the blame on me. I'm not the business, I'm not the secretary, I'm not the billing department. I'm the customer and I paid what I was told when I was told. UPDATE: Still waiting on the check for overpayment. I paid Guenther $130, my insurance said I owed $96.77, I'm owed $33.23. The only thing Guenther would admit was that the x-ray didn't turn out so I should get the money back for that. Either way - no money was sent. I'm expecting a check for $33.23 at the very least.
