As soon as I walked in the store was clean and in order. I also got greeted and helped right away which I love when I get help right away. It's was a great experience and I would tell others to go there and their discounts are awesome

Good quality and quantity But some of the stuff are expensive I will go again

Unfriendly service. Both employees texting on their phone. Told them I need help adjustment with watch size. Said they will not adjust watch size for me, though I have receipt proof of purchase and links in watch box. Not sure why they would not help..Called center city Guess manager, said to come they will help.

Super helpful associates

Gabby and Amanda were super helpful today. I got a pair of pants I thought were lost forever. They took time to help me locate them. Their helpfulness is very much appreciated, their attitudes and willingness to assist customers is what keeps me returning. Thanks again!!

The salesperson was extremely helpful to me, as I was looking for something specific and needed colors and styles to match. I was trying not to destroy her picture perfect displays, so she found everything for me and I got a free laptop case for a Christmas gift.

Employees need more customer service training
