Guess Store

I am welcomed as soon as I enter the store. Help is offered immediately and periodically while I am in the store. When I am holding onto clothes, the associate offers to hang them by the register. Checkout is efficient and done with a smile. I feel very comfortable shopping for my family and definitely will return! As a side note, we walked into the store 20 minutes before they closed and never once did they make us feel rushed to make a clothing purchase decision. They are always professional, polite and super nice.

The associates are extremely helpful and nice! She went out of her way to go to the back to see if any black and white purses that sold out may be in the back. The staff here are extremely nice!

I always visit this store to check their stuffs, i notice that it is always just me looking around. one day, i finally found something that I really like. when I tried to pay, the lady at the registrar , was somewhat giving me a terrible look, LIKE she was disturbed that I'm paying while she is doing something else. She asked me few questions without any enthusiasm. It's so sad this store. I don't think that I will be checking this store again.

I would give this place zero or negative stars if I could. The customer service was terrible, they mistreated my wife and made her feel so unwelcome, as if she was there to beg… We are paying customers, so begs the question, is this how you treat all your clientele?

The store says they close at 6 on Sundays but I guess they like to lock the doors early to go home sooner. I was there 40 minutes till 6 and they had already locked the doors there was still people shopping inside staff just looking a people trying to come in. No note on the door saying they were closed... I called the store and asked what time they closed staff was rude ignored my question then when i asked again staff said at 6... when I told her I was just there she said oh yeah 6 any other day we just closed right now there was an emergency... did no apologize for the inconvenience and for the record I called 15 min after I tryed going in the store.

It’s 7:43pm and online and on the window it says they’re open until 8pm and they’re closed. I get people want to go home but you’re still obligated to stay open until set time. There were workers inside and I’m sure they’re still on the clock. So if you’re gonna close early make sure you go home so you’re not getting paid to do nothing. Very disappointed because now I have to come back when I shouldn’t have had to.

Very poor service.....i walked in....they saw me did not greet me at all... it semed like no one was there...then a very good looking lady came in moments later and everyone was very helpful to her and greet her right away....Well they must of thought i was ugly and that i didn't have the money to pay ...how sad to judge

Lol terrible service right when I walk in I'm told to leave can't even look around to see there selection there open for another 30 minutes. girl that was working closest to the front was awful rude with an attitude. Will never step foot in this clothing store again

Good customer service. Anthony is a very helpful sales associate. Clothes are always top quality
