I had a great experience with this facility. Idid not have to wait very long other than the time it takes for your eyes to dilate. The staff were very engaging and answered all of my questions. They made it easy to refit my contacts.

Absolutely the rudest associates I have ever dealt with in any business...ever. They treat one like your interrupting their off time and try in no way to pretend otherwise. I was In east Jeff hospital following the widomaker heart attack at the time of the recommendation from them and found it so rude the Dr who recommended them called and got the same treatment. Her words after hanging up had the same "B" word I used defining said associate I will never use them again nor should you. Absolutely horrid.

Dr Kennedy and his staff are professional, caring and have a lot of empathy. His office makes you feel very comfortable and at home. His expertise is highly recommended. My husband is very satisfied and would definitely recommend him.

Had cataract surgery all went well. Getting ready to get the other one done. Dr Kennedy is awesome.I had no problems with any staff nembers. However the wait time is too long .i have someone waiting for me because I cannot drive the next day after surgery and they are stuck waiting too long as well. . Only negative is the wait time otherwise I would give 4 stars.

I wish that I had read the other reviews before wasting my time at this clinic. If you value your time, book an appointment somewhere else. I was kept waiting almost two hours and never got to see the doctor. When I complained after waiting 1 hour and 45 min I was told there was still one person ahead of me. I left, and won't be returning. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr Kennedy & most staff are very pleasant. Had cataract surgery. Wore glasses/contacts 49yrs. Now don’t have to wear any w multi focal lens. Amazing vision!!! Also Dr Guidry retina specialist ok’d surgery Bc of my eyeball shape. Dr E. Bloom recommended Dr Kennedy after exam & saw cataracts. Thank you all.

I have been a patient here since they opened. I have never had a problem with anyone on the phone or during an appointment. I have seen every doctor there. My eyes are not the healthiest, and I have gotten nothing but 110% from the techs on up to the doctors. I currently see Dr Goff. He has been amazing with eye care. His staff, Kaitlin and Tiffany are as compassionate as every doctor at Gulf South. I big thank you to Dr Goff for his expertise in cornea disease for saving my right eye ! Next , left eye to get well!!

Was recommended here by my optometrist to have a pterygium removed by Dr. Kennedy- Office personnel were great and made my experience with scheduling my appointment easy on every occasion - I can not express how relieved I was by how great my eye surgery went - it was painless and everyone I had contact while there were super friendly and helpful- Dr. Kennedy is amazing, and I would high recommend him and his office to anyone needing this procedure

I really enjoyed seeing the doctors here. Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Goff are incredibly attentive, caring and helped me with getting insurance approval. The eye glasses staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and spends time helping with my glasses. Because they are so good, there may be a wait, but they really try to give me the days and times I need. They are conveniently located and parking is easy.
