After a year of post-Harvey repairs that resulted in sub-par work at inflated prices from often rude crews, we discovered we needed our master shower redone. Tom and his crew were a breath of fresh air: professional, courteous, respectful of our home, and good value for the money. I could not recommend them more highly.

Gulfstar Windows and Home Improvement Company switched out my old original windows for new energy efficient ones in 2007. The new windows have been great. They keep out the noise and dust as well as the summer heat and winter cold. They really helped to reduce my electricity bill.

Tom and his crew have done several projects for us over the past year and a half. High quality work, courteous, and honest. Plus they show up on time, when promised.

When I asked if they could come out to look at replacing the windows a property being remodeled in the Memorial area, all I was given was a "No." Was a bit shocked. No further explanation was given, and honestly, didn't care to hear one after that.

These guys are a joke. If you value your money and time, do not contact. Unresponsive and not professional.
