This company is the absolute worst. I had called to cancel a subscription. All to find out the next month I got charged. It was a monthly subscription for make up. Which means I get a new make up kit monthly. On the phone they told me the kit I had received was worth $160 something dollars. Which makes no sense considering I would have had another one coming in the mail. They came up with some ridiculous excuse as to why or how I still owed them money ?! I had to scream and threaten to hire an attorney to get my money back. Also good luck getting in contact with them. All their phone number does is hang up on you all day. I had to call at 6 mins to midnight to have Christine from India to answer me. Guthy Renker is a scam and fraudulent. They should be shut down in all honesty. Worst experience.

I've always been happy with my product, but when I purchased a refining mask no matter how long or where from, of I call to complain about how it feels like there are bits of glass in it, the product should be replaced. Instead I was told that it had been over 60 days and I could not get it replaced. I purchased and called a kiosk and that was the response# Really?! It's like giving a kid candy on Halloween and expect then to eat it even though it has glass in it!

Worst experience with IT cosmetics BE AWARE, they over charge for pending charges and then I was charged double for the product and IT cosmetics is treating me like they have no idea what I am talking about. Now they will not reverse the double charge until I return the product and I have spent over 3 hours dealing with this....WASTE OF TIME.......and having to fax in my bank account.....

Even when you cncl your service with them they will still charge you for the product even after you cncld your account. Very bad business practices. Will Never again purchase any thing associated with this brand.
