Gutterboy Seamless

He didnt call to say he would be late. He called 45 min after he was supposed to show up. My husband was upset and reminded him he should have called prior to appointment time. He had the nerve to hang up on him. And he previously did our gutters! We will never use him again.

I've hired Gutterboy many times over the past 10 plus years. He has installed new gutters, performed yearly gutter cleaning and today is installing gutter guards for me. He has always treated me fairly, has been very professional and his quality is excellent. I highly recommend Robert and his team for your guyter and leader needs.

Robert came out to give a fair estimate the same day we called. We set up a date for a week later. The day before, he called to confirm the appointment. He showed up exactly the time he said he would. He did a neat job and took away the old gutters. I would recommend and use him again.

Gutterboy was very reliable, I got a quote yesterday and he came the next day and quickly did the job. I am very happy with his service and best price in town, will definitely recommend him to all my neighbors, friends and family. Thanks again Robert.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this guy. Not only is he not reliable but he is a liar. Ive used him three seperate times and it literally took days to weeks to get him to come look at the job and get started. He always has excuses. His van broke down, hes too busy with other jobs, etc. The final straw was a job to put gutters on my gazebo. He completed the job doing a subpar job before the winter. I then had a stucco guy come back and do touchups as per Gutterboy's recommendations in the spring. I asked Gutterboy to take the gutters down and put them up again after the work was done. We agreed on a price to have this done and he finally came in and took the gutters. When stucco guy was done I asked for Gutterboy to come back with the gutters and he literally refused saying he didnt want to be involved in this "toxic situation". When I looked at my cameras the only thing I could figure out was that when they took the gutters down they may have damaged them and he didnt want to replace them as it would be his responsibility. Instead he thought it was better to literally just ignore me after that. A few weeks later I called a different gutter company here in SI and they did the job within a few days. They charged me about the same as GutterBoy but they were very professional and did a much better job.
