I can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Gus and Bruno at GW Stonecare. After having an extremely positive experience with Granite Works during our kitchen renovation last year, it was a no brainer of who we would call when we recently chipped the corner of our quartz countertop. After sending a couple pictures of the damage, Gus was very responsive to our questions and extremely flexible working around our schedule to book our repair. They arrived on time and were in and out in about 25 minutes. They were professional, courteous and even gave us some additional tips for maintenance for our countertops. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair – you can’t even notice where the initial chip was. We would absolutely use GW Stonecare again and highly recommend their services for any countertop stone repairs/maintenance.

Was referred by a friend who had a similar crack in her granite in front of the sink. I called and Gus promptly contacted me. He was able to give me an estimate of the repair cost immediately and we scheduled the repair. He called when he was en route, which was appreciated. He was able to fill in and smooth out and polish the affected area. I am pleased with the result and would definitely recommend using Gus for any issues with your countertop. He knows his business.

Gus Valente did a great job bringing my calacatta countertops back to life so that I can sell my house this spring. He re-honed and resealed them and they look absolutely fabulous. GW Restoration has great turn-around-time - after my initial call, I emailed pictures of the space and he gave me a reasonable quote and three days later he saved my counters. I would definitely recommend him!

I called Gus to do some repairs on my kitchen Silestone countertops and to enlarge a cutout for a new cooktop. He was extremely flexible and responsive in scheduling the work. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job! Very professional! I would highly recommend them.

I accidentally chipped my sink this morning and found GW Restorations on Google. I emailed them and they answered right away and came within 2 hours of me contacting them and fixed it like new. You could never tell I even chipped it. He was in and out in 30 minutes. I am so pleased and will call them and tell everyone about them. Gus Valente was great, he gave me a rough estimate based on some photos and then came out and did the repairs himself. It turned out to be a bit more but he found some other problems with my 16 year old silestone countertop, like the seams coming lose so he fixed that and some chips and then rounded the edges because that was where the majority of the chips were. The countertop looks brand new as you can see in the photo. Thanks Gus I appreciate your hard work.

We can't speak highly enough about our experience with Gus and Bruno. - Great communication: timely, responsive, kind, thorough, and professional - Dependable: Showed up on time for estimate, pointed out needs and thoughtful additions like re-grouting where necessary, and sealing by the sink - Cost competitive: We received 4 quotes, and GW Stonecare was right in the middle, but included many more touches/services like grout, etc and throughout the process instilled confidence that they know what they're doing not the case with other companies with whom we engaged - Easy/pleasure to deal with: When we made changes to the planned approach and what we wanted to do, they responded over email about how they would accommodate the change, and any impacts - Skilled and honest: walked us through exactly what was possible, and where they would make a good faith effort to fix something that might not be repairable with polishing. -Deliver what they promise: Our kitchen and wet bar look great again, thanks to them. We had a sinking kitchen sink,, and Gus Valente came and shored it up, leveled our granite counter top, and caulked all the seams. We were very pleased with the work--neat, efficient, and what we expected cost-wise. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had 2 chips and a dark stain on our brand new countertops. GW came out and did a fantastic job on both! I would highly recommend them to everyone and will be using them again when needed.
