Gyroville

The first few times I went the service and food were great. Today, it was pretty busy as it was around lunch time still. The lady starting the orders was not asking or confirming if people wanted combos so when it came time to pay she was getting angry when the customers were telling the cashier that they wanted combos. Obviously since everything is made to order, that resulted in there not being enough fries and more of a wait time. The cashier was very nice and handled the situation calmly and professionally. I understand that the workers were working under pressure but overall I feel like they all could have handled the situation better and not just the cashier. After we were done eating and heading out, the cashier rushed to the door to apologize for the experience. Food was ok.

I wanted to try this place so I called to place an order. The people working here answered the phone just to hang up. They did this 7 times! So sad!!! The owners should really hire new staff! At one point they didn’t hang up well and I could hear them doing stuff around the restaurant. I tried one last time but they hung up again! That’s not professional!

Great lamb meat and gyro in general. My favorite is the Mediterranean salad with gyro meat or the chicken and gyro meat sandwhice. Fries and their house sauce is delicious.

Terrible customer service experience. I was greeted by the nice server but ended up being attended by the mean server who had just come back from her break. So she was already pissed to attend someone new I assume... anyways, long story short, she forgot to put meat in my salad (all of them come with some form of protein), she couldn’t hear what I was explaining to her for some reason, and never asked me about my choices of salad dressing or type of lettuce anyways. Furthermore, she dropped the money after I gave it to her, unless she has a hand issue I can only assume she is pissed. What the hell Gyro, I don’t plan to come back to this establishment until they change management. I can only assume that the servers get paid a low salary, so some of them discharge their anger with their customers. Next time I’ll go to the one next to it that has similar food. Thanks gyro, you have just lost a new customer.
