New clean heb. Love it

This HEB is quite spacious inside the store so the selection is good. As with all HEBs, employees are a delight. The parking can be a bit narrow especially near the entrance. Its location is quite good since it's so close to 288.

Moderate customer service. More customer service training needed. The employees are only as good as the management. I normally shop at HEB's in the suburbs which are night and day from this urban location. "Ghetto Employees"

Went to mega HEB to get some fresh fruits and vegetables. This supermarket is huge and have very good and fresh produce. A very convenient location right off highway 288 and McGregor. Go check it out. Thank me later

Was so happy to see Heb open at 7:00am Saturday morning after our snow storm! They had plenty of water and the cashiers were smiling and laughing that early after going through all the suffering! Big applause to Heb 288 at McGregor here in Houston, Texas!

Busy. Semi clean. Good customer service. Unlike most locations they usually have a decent amount of lines opened compared to their last location which seemed like 2-3 lines. Great job overall though

This HEB is well organized and very clean. The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and want to shop. There is a wide range of products to choose from. Very large and amazing store.
