This HEB BAKERY rates less than 1 star. I have never been more disappointed in a cake in my life. I ordered this a week in advance and this is the best they do???? My 5 year old could do a better job. Can you tell this is for 2 people, because I sure couldn't. Minimal effort, zero style. I went here since it was close to the office. Never again. Will go to the KROGER by my house next time.

Went in today to the bakery section to buy a 14.98 piece YES piece of vanilla and strawberry cake. I was then told to go pay for it and come back to pick up. I didn’t need anything written on it just want to buy it. Why for a piece of cake would I need to do that ??? I have bought this cake other times at different HEB’s and have not had to pre pay. Also cashier was extremely rude.

Your leadership and associates are worthless. You can’t find anyone in the store to help you. They either on there phone talking to grandma or hiding. Your store is over priced. All your sales are food that’s Deteriorated. Have you ever tasted your fruit or watermelons. That’s what I thought. Owner your plums are tasteless and watermelons Soggy. You have cheap banana brands from India. What happened to the cheetah bananas they were the best.

I love H-E-B grocery store it’s my first choice everything is fresh and the prices are great. The staff is helpful and the store is clean bathrooms to. I love the price of the shrimp and seafood the deals are amazing. Thanks H-E-B for everything including the delivery options.

Cashiers are amazing. Always crowded but good produce and meats. Breads and pastries are fresh and yummy. Lots of checkout lines and parking.

I paid almost $30 for this cake. Simple with no decorations and onky two colors. The icing on the birthday message ribbon was melting. The message itself was wrong - I asked for a three short words to make it easy for them. But they still got it wrong. The two people at the bakery looked new and inexperienced. I am guessing they are understaffed and they were left without a more experienced baker helping them with the orders. Not their fault. The store should hire enough staff.

It was refreshing to go here at night, and be able to shop without all of the hustle and bustle and distractions I usually deal with at other locations. There is plenty of room to move around and find what you need. There are also always enough registers open. They never run out of shopping carts, although this is a popular location, in my opinion. This HEB has a wide variety of selections and deals on many different food and non-food products. Some of these items, you may never have seen anywhere else. They are also always well-stocked. If it is low in the afternoon, you will definitely be able to find more by the evening. Also, there is an abundance of parking spaces. With multiple entrances, it always works out.

Do not bother to try and deposit money to your chime card here. Every single time I come here, no cashier has any idea how to do it. They always have to call a manager and you have to wait there like an idiot while the line accumulates behind you and then sometimes not even the manager knows how to do it. They all need proper training ***UPDATE*** Went to Walgreens to deposit my cash into chime. I was in and out in less than one minute... No lie. Plus Walgreens doesn't charge you to deposit money. HEB charges $5. And the owner supposedly responded to my review to save face. Everyone should be trained right to begin with anyway otherwise you wouldn't need to be defending against bad reviews

This store is huge and clean. Very big variety of everything. They have taste stations and also good prices. The prepared meals are a good variety and the prepared salads are cheap and large in size. Two can eat off one salad. The large salads are $6 and they are good sizes and the prepared small salads are $4. Which is a good price for the size. And that is all kinds od salads Cobb salad ans chicken etc are all $6. Good price. Check them out. This location is huge. No pics of inside you have to go to experience. Apologies.

My biggest complaint is HEB doesn’t care about customers enough to provide mobile payment options like Apple Pay, etc…. Until HEB gets up with the times of widely accepted forms of payment, I’ll be shopping elsewhere! Also this HEB has less vegan options than my regular HEB
