H&R Block

I've been going to get my income taxes prepared at this office for a few years. This year I was not given the refund that I expected so I left and took my w-2 to a local tax preparation accountant. After filing with another accountant I was able to double my refund. I will never step foot another h & r block. Income tax is theft and h&r block capitalize off the theft of hard working Americans.

Been coming here for a few years now. Always a quick and easy process. A little more expensive than I wish but what isn't?

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. My boyfriend had an appointment (which they rescheduled) with Kathleen. Within 2 minutes we were being yelled and sweared at (my boyfriend asked her to clarify a moving deduction). The software also froze and had to be restarted. Kathleen decided not to do my boyfriend taxes. We were told to get out of her office and she threw our tax documents at us while pushing us out into the front area. My boyfriend and I were threatened again (I was also called a 'B****' twice) and not allowed to take any business cards or information. No one working there did anything. This was my first visit to any H&R Block and the unprofessionalism was appalling. I would never recommend anyone to go here
