H&R Block

AVOID H&R WARWICK! Received wrong amount, the woman responsible for this block told me that there were 60 dollar missing and what she focused was getting her fees as apparently they haven't got taken out of the refund. After 3 months I'm still waiting for my 60 dollars missing. Should I consider this company as 0 honesty and money stealing? Guess YES!!

Last Year I had made a simple mistake on my taxes and went back to get it fixed. When I did I was told that they would call me with the refund check. They closed before I got a phone call, and I never received anything in the mail. So I called when they opened up this year to find out where my refund money was and was promptly told that there was nothing they could do. My check was lost. Being a student money is an essential to keep up with the tuition. So It was a huge loss for me. They would not even do credit for taxes this year to make up for the eighty dollars! I will never go back there. As far as Im concerned they STOLE my eighty dollars!
