Shout out to Jennifer B! She was great; but with everyone else, it felt like being serviced by interns. Many of my questions went unanswered & someone even said "I'm sure you'll figure it out". This tax year barely worked out. I dont think ill risk coming to this location next year

The entire H&R Block office is extremely nice, very helpful. Meri Usherenko helped me last year and again this year. I will continue to go back every year.
