I am happy with the customer support that is provided by H&S Travel & Tours. Sarita and his team worked with me for the reservations of ticket to India for me. The best thing about them is their availability 24/7 on call and they reply to your emails as well pretty fast. Usually, I do not get much time in the day for my personal things and hence want someone to be available in evenings to work with me and H&S was one of them. Got good prices as compared to some other vendors I checked and also from online prices. Keep it up!

I’ve had an excellent experience with his company. Ritesh goes the extra mile for customers. For me, I needed a ticket within 24 hours notice. Ritesh found the right balance between duration of travel and cost. He found a unique fare that met all my needs and 25% cheaper than all other fares we could find. He was patient and stayed with me on the phone the entire time and explained everything clearly. I have also dealt with Sarita in the past who was also very helpful in exploring many ticket options patiently. I will definitely return to H & S for my international travel needs.

Excellent Customer Service 24 x 7, Give you great options, Reasonable Rates through out the year compared to any other travel agent I know. I would strongly recommend H&S Travels & Tours for booking international flights. I cannot comment anything about domestic flights. But I am surely going to try to book a domestic flight with them.
