I went into the store to ask for a price to have a colour. I was going to book after but the colourist couldn’t take 2 minutes to quickly chat to me. They said I needed to wait 2.5 hours. All I wanted was to show a photo and check that I knew the correct price to achieve it. Very bad service for a high end salon.
