Amazing hair salon. Patricia did a great job with my cornrows. Told her I was tender headed and she was so gentle. A different lady did the washing and blow drying for me and she was so gentle. She’s a sweet person together with Patricia. I just wish I could remember her name. I’ve found my permanent hair salon .Service: Braids

Last year, I was looking for a salon that knew how to deal with my kinky hair texture and I am so happy I stumbled upon H2 Salon! Everyone is extremely nice and professional. My stylist JahLena actually spoke to me about what would be best for my hair. And the health of my hair has greatly improved in just a year of consistently seeing her. I would recommend this salon to anyone, but if you have kinky curly hair? This is definitely the place to be at! Only downside is they get booked pretty fast and far out and it is a bit pricey but you’re definitely getting your moneys worth!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I love coming to H2! My stylist always sits me down to discuss what I’d like to do and what can be accomplished based on my hair type and previous treatments. She never over-promises but always get it right! I always walk out the door feeling gorgeous. The salon is sparkling clean and I appreciate the hand washing policy walk in the door, wash your hands, remove your coat. Drinks are offered and staff are kind. I love it here!

Ms. Daley has set the tone for professionalism. I patronized the Silk press Sundays by the assistant stylists. They accommodated a disaster from a cancelled takeout prior to my scheduled silk press. They worked diligently on my hair and made me very comfortable. Chantal is great with braids, faux locs and twist outs. Her hands work magic when shampooing.Simone is great with silk press. They also inform you on hair health and maintenance. Maya, whose personality and conversation while assisting with my takeout also made this a great experience. This salon is the bomb! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I went in for a cut & press. Lauren was AMAZING. She asked questions to gauge what my routine was, what I wanted and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! I've been wearing my natural for years and I would like to do better at keeping up with trims. I expected a lot more hair to be cut, but Lauren took off what was necessary and told me the plan was to have my hair grow out altogether, and then we'll get rid of the old color. She made sure to let me know what she was going to do before doing and really made me comfortable. I'm such an awkward customer but I really felt good being in her chair. I don’t know where to start! I felt compelled to leave a review. Although my service was weeks ago this had to be said! I loved every minute of my appointment. I want to highlight the professionalism of everyone at H2! Jahlena who was my stylist was so caring, patient and warm. As a person who constantly searched for a black hair salon that not only delivers through professionalism but was affordable yet upscale, I’m happy I trusted H2 salon and I’m happy Jahlena was my stylist! This was my first time at H2 and it won't be my last. I started my appointment with anxiety and nervousness. I had a negative experience several years ago that kept me away from natural hair salons. This time around was quite the opposite, my stylist Marq was phenomenal!! The moment he greeted me I felt a sense of peace and calmness. He handled my damaged hair with tremendous amount of TLC. He explained every step as well as the process. Marq took his time to bring my hair back to life. He was so attentive and caring, I totally forgot that I was in a salon. At the end of my appointment, Marq made sure that I had pic of products and knew how to apply every product to my hair. I left the salon feeling like a brand new woman, child I felt good and grown thanks to Marq!!! I am so happy to have this gem in my neighborhood! By far the best salon experience I've ever had. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place. The cleanliness and hospitality were impeccable. I recently went natural. Aside from finding good products that work on your hair type, a stylist that knows what they are doing should be your first priority. Marq is an absolute legend with scissors. It was worth the 3 month wait. So plan ahead. He truly made me look like the woman I felt like. There are no words to describe that feeling.

I haven't Been to a professional salon since 2015 because I was so ashamed and struggling with a disorder That I have. Before coming in I told my stylist my condition I’ve been suffering with since birth. She COMPLETELY would not stop discussing throughout the whole experience and kept telling me My disorder needed to stop. She then tried to compair her recently discovering diabetes to my disorder I’ve been struggling with for over 25 years. I was so hurt and embarrassed that I began to breaking down into tears. SHE STILL CONTINUES.I’m traumatized. I will be using a different stylist next time. Overall she did a good silk press and cut
