Priya was the instructor for Manual Training. She knows the subject well. She can explain to the extent the beginners with no IT knowledge can understand. She has patience to explain over topics not understood. I will recommend her for manual training.

Kiran was very helpful with the technical installation support. Whenever we needed help he was understanding and patient. I appreciated his help regarding technical support. when i got another problem again , Kiran helped me a lot. He was very patient when explaining and downloading the files.

Arun was extremely helpful through the installation process. He answered any questions and went slowly to make sure I was not confused. The installation process was a lot easier with his help.

Took about 3 hours just to setup VM & UFT. I understand he is handling multiple people and multi tasking but at least need to show some courtesy to inform participants to wait while talking with others over phone. Please demonstrate some Value to your customers with responsibility. Of course, the problem was solved finally but with so much waiting and frustration.

Arun was extremely helpful in Quality Center Installation on my system..He answered all my questions and helped me in installation very patiently.The process became much easier for me without any confusion.
