H2O Salon and Spa

Ugh. Went in last minute for a hair cut. The stylist was so completely rude. They asked if I wanted a treatment which she did not tell me was an additional 45 dollars. Nice! They left me sitting there and said “we will get someone to come take care of you” I waited 15 min before someone came. The treatment was the only good part, which her and her assistant didn’t even do. Then my hair cut came, when she told me she was almost done, I looked at the floor and said “where’s the hair” she literally cut nothing. And it took all of 6 min. Then she came back after taking another client and cut a little more. The hair cut alone was 77 dollars. I have never been treated so poorly by a hair stylist in my life. Not to mention she gave me a nasty look the entire time. At the end she Gave me her card to schedule another appointment, I nearly laughed in her face. I Will never go back.

I had a Salon appointment on Friday January 13th where I went in to lighten my hair. I stated that I wanted it lighter and to get rid of the yellow discoloration. She made me darker all around and gave me face framing highlights. This is the exact reason I have been doing my own hair for years. It blows my mind that when you go into get a service the provider gives you what they think looks good. I hate complaining but I also hate paying 300 dollars for a hairstyle I did not ask.Services: Hairstyling

I came to the salon for the first time to have my hair colored. Sadie was the beautician that did my hair and it came out phenomenal. She was so nice and very thoughtful and listened 2 what I wanted. She is my stylist for life. She is definitely an asset to H2O Salon and Spa. H2O Salon and Spa was so friendly and it has a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon for all your hair needs and more.

Beautiful atmosphere, great products and Julie is THE BEST! I no longer live in NOLA and I drive back 3 hours to get Julie to make me feel beautiful!

I went to this salon I hopes of a new hairstyle to give me a boost of confidence. What I got instead was loads of disappointment & frustration! I was serviced by Megan, who was inpatient, rude & the conversation was quite inappropriate she was discussing her personal business around me. In the end I looked like a mangy poodle and she had the nastiest attitude when I told her that I wasn’t pleased with the style! Now I have to pay someone else to fix her mistake. I would avoid her chair with a 10ft pole if I were you!Service: Hairstyling

H2O is my new favorite spa! The staff, the treatment, the complimentary valet parking make the hour drive absolutely worth it! I can’t say enough good things about the receptionist Andrea, for being so polite and welcoming. Dane was my stylist and I can’t recommend him enough. My hair is still suffering some damage and he worked with me for a hair treatment, listened to all my needs and guided me through all of the treatments and what they do. The experience was phenomenal and I will be booking again soon!

Was initially excited to try this salon however my stylist Megan was the worst! She was unorganized , late for my appointment, kept arguing on the phone, unprofessional and actual hair styling skills on the level of my 10 year old…..If I could give a negative 5 star rating for her I would……Do not recommend.Service: Hairstyling
