The nurse that took our swab was super nice!! Jade yesterday put all our questions at ease!! Very upbeat and pleasant experience. Would use the office again if was in urgent need of care!!
It was my first time at this Urgent Care, the experience was awesome, at least there is someone answering the phone every time I called I’ve been calling other urgent care in the area too , front desk and nurse were very friendly, the nurse explained each procedures very clearly and she’s very gentle and patience.
This place was amazing, very clean and well organized. The process was easy and staff very friendly! I would recommend this location to everyone if it didn't overwhelm the workers. Great job!!!
They allowed me to see Dr. Patel very quickly. Dr. Patel was EXCELLENT he was empathetic, thorough, and reassuring. I wish I could see him as my PCP. The facility was friendly, efficient and very clean.
Christina was super accommodating. There was a mess up with the appointmentsspecifically mineand she took it upon herself to squeeze me in, although there were no available appointments left. They were clean and efficient. I was very happy.
