Haggen Food & Pharmacy

I really like Haggen. The store is always really clean. The produce and meat and fish are always fresh. The bakery is real good, I buy the butter flake rolls for every family holiday get together. The deli is big and always good with lots of choices, the Chinese food is on point. Pretty wide beer and wine selection, there's even a decent sized organic food section.

Haggen stores are decent, but fairly expensive. They tend to focus on higher end and local products. Their Chinese food is decent, but not great, but the deli stuff and bakery are quite good.

Above par so far as grocery stores go. Great selections of wine and beer. Above average deli, but not as good as the local coop. Friendly staff as far as I have had experience. Pretty good bakery too. It’s not Whole Foods, but also a head above Walmart/Safeway.

Update: lowered my rating due to shady coupon/marketing. Great variety of staple items such as meat and dairy products. Delicious hot food and an amazing selection of locally produced soda keeps me coming back. I would 5 star, but prices are steep compared to other local chain stores. This location tends to have little draw for full blown shopping trips, there are simply cheaper options.

Always love my shopping experience. Smiling faces & always willing to go out of their way to help you find something. Most of the time they ask you if they can help. Quality produce & items hard to find anywhere else.
