Hair Are Us

The quality of their hair has gone down the drain. I ordered the Indian curly hair in March and less than 2 months later I am trashing it. It did nothing but shed, tangle and get matted the entire 5 weeks I had it in. Literally the worst hair I've ever purchased. Beware!

I ordered from them online. A closure & 4 bundles of Indian WAVY hair. I emailed customer service online because the closure was clearly a curly texture compared to the wavy bundles. Of course, customer service denied that it was curly and the wavy patterns vary… so you’re telling me the bundles coincidentally match & the closure somehow didn’t?? Instead of taking accountability and apologizing they just offered for me to send it back & denied that it was a curly closure. I can tell the hair is curly b/c when straightened, the texture is more course compared to the bundles. Before even seeing the bundles & the closure first, my stylist even thought I had curly bundles b/c of the closure. I will never order from this company again, their customer service is just as horrible as their hair. And as a side note: the bundle next to the closure is dry in the picture

Although I had one small issue with hair are us I absolutely love them. I am a customer of 3 yrs now and I only shopped in store and I’ve loved every bundle received. Soft, doesn’t shed, and flowed beautifully. Unfortunately, during this pandemic I had to order online & yes, as stated by others I did receive bad hair, but let me tell you their customer service was superb. Sent email, sent it back, and received my refund in a timely manner. I am discouraged now from shopping online but once they open back up the LA location I’ll be back because after years of searching for a good hair supplier & others coming up short, they were my go to!

Huge Mistake buying online their Indian wavy is horrible I received. I co washed and installed it within 3 days as of today it’s shedding and matted in balls! I emailed them picture! Buyers be ware! I also never received a refund from them from the Brazilian ponytail that was horrible I returned over a week ago ! Lack of customer support! The hair is not virgin and smells burned even when low heat is applied like it has other fibers in it! False advertising. Will be reporting them and disputing all charges with my bank for defective products.

I’ve been ordering my hair from them for a couple years. My mom and I finally went to the location while visiting LA. Everyone was friendly and even helped me decide on my look for prom! I got the Indian wavy usually do the the Indian & Brazilian curly. My hair turned out perfect. I received so may compliments. Best hair period.

I love their hair! I have been ordering from them for years. The hair always comes fast and it is seriously the best quality out there. Before i started using them I had to buy hair 2,3 times a year but I can reuse their bundles as often as I like. I love all of the styles that they carry and their customer service is amazing, whenever I email in I get a personalized response, which I really appreciate. Thank you guys for offering a consistent quality product! #customerforlife

Personally I wouldn't even give them 1star but I have no choice to write this review. I recently ordered from you guys a week ago and since I have received my product I'm not at all satisfied. The hair is not at all what I expected from what I seen online. I ordered your Brazilian curly hair and the bundles are small I don't think the three I ordered will cover my head. I have been emailing and calling and get no response to getting a refund and returning my order. Customer service is very unprofessional and being a first time client I won't be returning. If I don't hear from someone I will be contacting the better business bureau to make a complaint.

I love this hair! I’ve been buying hair from this place for about two or three years now and they never disappoint! I specifically love the Brazilian curly hair. Every time i wear it people compliment me on the curls and even think it’s my real hair even though it is since i bought it lol but nonetheless its excellent quality hair .

Received order and is SHOCKED at the POOR quality of the hair. Ordered 3 bundles plus closure of indiana wavy and is very disappointed at how small the bundles are and the quality of the hair is even more DISAPPOINTING! Never would I have imagined based on the social media post and website that I would be this displeased. I wouldn't even attempt to install this hair. I will be returning and expecting a refund!

While in LA this passed weekend - Jan 11th, I visited you alls beautiful boutique and the young lady was such a sweetheart. She was very attentive and extremely informative about proper maintenance for my hair. I purchased the Brazilian Curly, so she gave me a tutorial on how to care for it the correct way. I made it a point to leave a review so that her manager knew I really appreciated her going above and beyond!
