Hair Club

I set up an appointment to get my hair checked out. The gentleman at the front desk was horrible. He spoke down to me and when I went to the back for my appointment, he basically said that my hair was in fact thinning and no dermatologist would be able to help me. He said that if I didn't get my hair treated through Hair Club, it would soon be a permanent loss. He pretty much said that Hair Club was my only option at this point. He was rude the entire time and when I said "Thank you" at the end of my visit, he didn't even respond. Long story short, I went to my derm and they gave me supplements to help my hair growth. It worked wonders. This place is out for a lot of your money amd they do it through fear mongering. The front desk man, with the ginger hair, should really consider the devastation that is hair loss. He made me feel so low that day.

My experience has been wonderful. It makes me feel so much better about myself. The employees are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. My stylist is Robin and I think she is wonderful. She makes sure you are pleased with your visit each time.

Robin has been my stylist for several years. She is truly the best! She is cheerful, fun, and always eager to please. Looking forward to my next appointment!
