Great stylist but the woman at the front desk was really horrible to me when I told her that I had a Groupon. That's literally the only reason I had come to the salon, I had never heard of it before. Mixed experience. Products smell nice. Worth a visit but beware the gatekeeper at the front desk.

Concepts is a welcoming, friendly salon offering a full range of services. Jen is the best in the business, especially for colour and Great Lengths extensions!

Jody is the best hands down for color and cuts! I always leave feeling 200 percent. I'm fortunate that groupon led me to a new perfect hair dresser
