Teresa is one of the best hair stylists in the city. Her skills are second to none; her prices are reasonable. She cares deeply about the quality of her work, and the satisfaction of her customers. I have been her customer for years, and will remain so.

This review is LONG OVERDUE. I absolutely love this place and Theresa and Angel are just lovely. The best thing about this salon is that it is a one stop shop for ALL your hair needs. Cut, color, weave, styling, etc. Somehow, they have managed to provide excellent quality with organic chemical-free profucts while being totally affordable. I am so happy with this salon. Please read below for my personal experience! I stumbled upon this place when I was walking to my local neighborhood nail salon. I had gotten my weave redone just a couple days prior in the Bronx where I saw my regular hair stylist. However, the quality of her work has seriously declined since the first time I went to her and I had been shopping around for a better stylist. My weave was put in so poorly, it was bulky, my head looked like an alien, it was so loose after only 3 days of having it in, and it smelled like horrible hair dye chemicals. I attached a before picture so you can see just how bad it looked! Once I saw the board outside of the salon that said EXTENSIONS, I googled it and saw great reviews for Theresa. I immediately called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. First of all, Theresa and Angel are such sweet and knowledgeable people. Theresa has years and years of experience and Angel's work is impeccable. As soon as I walked in, they knew what to do with my hair. They did a full weave takedown, wash got all the nasty chemicals out of my hair and the weave hair, highlights in my hair took like 5 minutes to lift and didn't even need toner, and sowed the weave back in with only 3 rows! It felt so light and clean, I wanted to cry. The rows weren't crazy, painful tight and the braids were so thin, they blended so well with the weave. Once it was dried and styled, it looked so good and the weave hair even came back to life with their deep conditioning treatment. I've attached an after picture as well. I saw Theresa and Angel just yesterday to get it washed and styled and I walked out feeling like I could walk in a pageant! My hair was so light and bouncy with volume and gorgeous curls. I was also given advice on how to sleep on it and keep it up which I followed and had flawless hair this morning! Also have attached a picture of this! I am so lucky to have run into this place and will definitely be giving them my business for a long time :.
