Don't go, or observe for a while to find who really can cut your hair. This person who cut my husband's hair was awful. The hair is uneven - totally unprofessional. We are going back to the store to fix this. I will update the review after the second visit.

I've gone here three times and each time i have requested Jackie. The service is amazing and i always leave impressed with the service and the work done to my hair. I have long thick hair and I put all my trust in Jackie to do whatever she wants after making a simple request. I will continue coming here and suggesting this place and Jacks specifically to my friends and family. Every time I have come in it is an unforgettable experience. 10/10!!!

I made a same day appointment on the Hair Cuttery website for a simple neckline cleanup. I walked in a minute before my appointment and they obviously weren't expecting me. They told me that it would be a 45-60 min wait. They offered to schedule me an appointment for the following day but I declined and probably won't bother going back. One star for their online scheduling system, five stars for the staff being nice.

Jaclyn is absolutely amazing. I brought my daughter in for a haircut. She spent time talking to us and checking her hair. Showed me all the buildup my 10 year old had on her scalp. Gave her a treatment, wash, cut and blow dry. Gave us some good tips on how to keep her beautiful thick hair super healthy. I immediately made an appointment for myself for the following week. Her expertise and enthusiasm blew me away. We talked about my likes and dislikes. Was very excited to work with my “virgin” hair! I went all out with a scalp treatment, semipermanent gloss, highlights and a cut. Everything from beginning to end was beyond my expectations. My hair is amazing! I’m completely obsessed! I’ve finally found MY stylist! To the company: DO NOT LET HER GO!

I went for a haircut at Hair Cuttery at Assembly Row this week. This was my first experience there. Their stylist Jaclyn did a superb job with my hair. She spent initial 10 minutes in consultation, just to get a detailed idea of what I wanted. She explained what she was going to do and asked for my approval each time before doing it. I have long hair it reaches to my waist, so she had to put extra efforts. She gave me exactly what I asked for. My hair is still long and yet stylish. I am satisfied with her services.

Great location. I come here because it is cheap and near my house. Don't like the old lady here that much. Always seems like she looks down on me.

I've been coming to this location for about a year now and it's my absolute favorite. I get my hair cut by Ally and I wish I had known she was here sooner. I would've never gone to anyone else if I had. Ally is a super awesome woman and knows just what I want even if I can't put it into the right words. I had just started exploring the side shave style hair cut when I first started getting my hair cut by her and now the style has evolved so much and I love it! She is always giving me suggestions on things we can try and I'm never disappointed. She is also very conversational so my visits are never dull and I look forward to what we will talk about each time. : I'm glad I've finally found a stylist like Ally and I plan to keep coming to this location for all my hair styling needs. If you stop by this location make sure to get your hair cut with Ally!

The lady who did my hair was nice, but my hair cut was not okay. I got my hair styled into a non-layered chin length bob. After I left I found 4 random chunks of hair that were about 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair. It looks pretty sloppy and I had to cut the excess hair off so that it was all the same length. Careless mistakes on a pretty simple hair cut.

My boyfriend went for a haircut. Pricing on the website is not what they charge at this location. The site states $18 yet the physical location charges $22 for a regular haircut. He asked for a skin fade, level 0 on the sides. He left with no fade and 2 on the sides. Second star is only because the people themselves are super nice.

Overall great experience and expectations. I have been there several times and stylist Ally is hands down the best. She listened to what I wanted for a haircut and also gave her own recommendations that made my haircut even better. If you go to this location ask for Ally.
