I want to say that I wrote a superb review but I my computer crashed so, this review will not be as funny nor detailed as the original. I want to thank every woman at this store for guiding me through the hair care and makeup process whenever I come. This place is clean, organized, odor free, and adjacent to a large parking lot. The prices are reasonable and the customer care satisfaction is impeccable. I have never once went into this store and felt like I bother them with my indecisiveness. They all were patient, considerate, and had hair care and beauty tips from their own experiences. and they are not conceited. they all are wiling to asks their co workers for directions, if in need. I told them that I would post pictures of my new hair and makeup look. Thank you all !!!. the free samples and advice has help me to maintain this hair. Ms. Johnson

I went into this store for the first and last time a few days ago. There was a young woman working who followed me around the entire time I was in the store. I thought maybe she’d at least say hello or offer to help me but seems like all she was there to do is follow people I’m guessing to make sure they don’t steal. I couldn’t stand it for more than 5 min and left because I was so uncomfortable.

I bought braiding hair, deep conditioner, and a variety of hair accessories here today and it was the best experience I've had in a beauty supply store thus far. The staff was kind, attentive, and helped me find a product that would do well on my hair, the selection and prices were great, and it's clean and well lit. Further, the hours are so convenient and there is a parking lot. This will absolutely be my go-to place for now on!

I really missed coming here during the COVID quarantine months; so HAPPY that they’re OPEN again and better than ever! This establishment is a terrific one-stop-shop for all of your hair care needs. Hair Gallery is also my go-to place for fun accessories such as sun glasses, lipstick, hats, scarfs, makeup etc! The owners + staff, are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

A man helped us with our human hair purchase; who I think was the owner. He was very knowledgeable and my daughter looked beautiful after her hairdresser visit for her Prom hairdo. I'm just a little annoyed since I couldn't return a pack of unopened hair because I missed the date by 2 days. Not every customer lives in Philly, and it's just the following weekend. The girl working was nice and was just doing her job, but Really most stores returns are OKay in 10 days with the receipt.

I happened to be in a different area but needed to grab some braiding hair for my daughter, so I googled the nearest hair store and to my surprise it was closer than I had thought. Located in the same plaza as the old Pathmark, this store is perfectly placed. Their pricing is fair and the selection was vast. I was greeted politely at the door and shown directly where to find the products I needed. They had the Vivica Braiding hair 3/$5...I was able to grab what I needed and be in & out of the store quickly....if ever I am near City Line Ave, I'll stop in to grab more of my beauty needs.

Hair Gallery is an exceptionally friendly, well-organized place that meets all my hair needs! Everyone there is kind and helpful, and prices are fair. It’s a convenient location because it’s located right by my commute in/out of the city, and parking is ample.

Conveniently located store right next to Fresh Grocer. The place is clean and well organized and the staff are helpful. I appreciate that they don’t follow me around like I’m a thief, I always feel respected here. They also have a good selection of accessories, hats scarves earrings you name it. I will be coming back again soon

They're charging 17cent for bags to put your purchase in lol.. my first time here and it turned me off had to walk out the store with a bunch of stuff in my hand . Smh .
