Lakeyia is so professional. She always gets me in and out on time. She is a true professional and amazing at what she does. I’ve been going to her for my hair for the past two years. She is the best at what she does. My favorite service is custom color for my hair it always looks so vibrant.

So I found this hair salon on Instagram and made a appointment. The day of the appointment was canceled due to the stylist saying her child was sick. Which is understandable. So I waited and rescheduled on the app. It took her 3 days but she accepted. Okay so Thus Morning which is Friday I get a text saying was I still coming Saturday at 8:20am I said Yes. Why at 4 pm I get a text from the app from the stylist saying she has to cancel again because her doctor took her off from work. My mouth dropped. No phone calls just pre made text message from the app. Then in the app she says I let my friend know that you will call her for a appointment At 2 pm. Why would I reschedule my day for a lady I have not seen her work and you assumed it would be okay for me to come at 2. The worst experience before I even got a chance to sit in her chair.
