Meet Our Stylists

Tammy B.
Salon Manager & Stylist
Tammy is a Portland native who has been a cosmetologist since 1993. She joined the staff at Hair Cuts Plus in 1995. She enjoys haircutting, colors, foils & waxing.
She has 2 wonderful grown sons and a 6 year old grandson. When not doing hair Tammy enjoys camping and boating on the lake in Naples, Maine with her husband dog & cat.

Heather K.
Stylist
Heather has been a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years. Prior to joining the HCP team she worked for Acapello Salon. Heather specializes in haircutting and color. She has extensive product knowledge with the Aveda, Matrix, Redken & Noixin lines. Heather is also familiar with Aveda, Framisi and Matrx color lines.

Hue N.
Stylist
Hue attended Head Hunter School of Hair Design and graduated in 1998. She has been doing hair since. Even after 19 years she still loves styling hair. This is what she has to say about her job, "We have a great team here at Hair Cuts Plus in South Portland, We are like family. I am also thankful for all the customer support and for choosing me as your hairstylist. I am hopeful to be behind the chair for a long long time."

Kim K.
Stylist
Kim has been a hairstylist for 30 years, beginning her career in the 80's she had fun doing "big hair".
Originally from NJ, she has made a wonderful life in Maine where she owned a successful salon in her home during her children's younger years.
Kim specializes in haircutting, she especially loves working with kids of all ages. When not behind the chair, Kim enjoys spending time with family and her dog. She also runs and practices hot yoga.

Kisha F.
Stylist
Kisha has been behind the chair for 20 years. She started her career with the Boston Hair Company in Portland and joined the HCP team 4 1/2 years ago. She was originally at our Forest Ave. location but since it's closure, she is now solely located at Millcreek Plaza,

Leigh C.
Stylist
Leigh is originally from Brewer, ME and has lived in Portland for 21 years. She attended a local community college as well as the University of Maine studying business. Before becoming a cosmetologist she worked as a bartender for many years. Leigh graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2011 and has been with Hair Cuts plus for over 5 years.

Mark W.
Stylist
Mark has been in the beauty business since 1981. He has spent 33 years as a stylist, salon owner & educator in California. Mark's free time is spent writing a murder mystery series called The Megan VanCartier Mysteries. The first book in the series was released in the fall of 2015.
