Moving from California to Las Vegas was a walk in the park. I came to Las Vegas the weekend of Memorial day and I gave a list of houses for Sandy to show me. I knew the neighborhood that I wanted to live in based on my top priorities, from the proximity to the airport and the 15 fwy. Before meeting up with Sandy, she suggested that I reach out to Kevin Helm, her mortgage guy to get my financing in order. Sandy showed me 3 houses and I was able to make an offer the following day. As my flight landed in Burbank, my offer was accepted and we opened escrow the day after. We closed escrow within 28 days and timed it perfectly, that as soon as I drove off from the house that we sold in California, I was able to drive into my garage in our new home!!
