Great food, honestly. Came here with a co- worker, both of us enjoyed our food. It's a buffet set up, self serve, and your plate is weighed. Everything was nicely seasoned. My co worker had stewed turkey, and rice and peas. I had baked cod fish, vegetable rice, cabbage and mashed greens. Very tasty. I would definitely come back hereDine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
I had to drop my mom off somewhere in Brooklyn and I was starving. I saw this place on my route and once I dropped her off I came back to pick up something healthy to eat. OMG the food was delicious and the crazy thing was that the place was empty except for one person that was eating in. I love places like this because they have an array of food that I can choose from. I’m on a new health kick and doing my best to make it s lifestyle, and places like this are a breath of fresh air. The only thing I suggest is that they label each item so you know exactly what your getting. I’ll definitely be back!
The food is delicious! The closest to some down south soul food I've had in Brooklyn period! But I loved the customer service, personal service and hospitality I received walking into the restaurant! If you love soul food please check them out! I had the catfish, shrimp and cheesy grits! Not everyone can make grits either every southerner knows that but they can!
This place is very clean and well organized, food is amazing with a lot variety you can try at this location.
One of my favorite spots for lunch because of the wide variety of tasteful buffet style dishes. Being a vegetarian is easy here, I usually get the collard greens, sweet corn, cabbage, black eyed peas, candied yams and vegetable lo mein. All the dishes are very tasty. It is a small place but you can sit and eat comfortably. Also, try the mango juice, delicious.
Food is amazingly fresh, delicious and in such a varied selection as to intimidate.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service, the pretend owner is horrible he gives supervisor vibes over packed my bag made all of my food hit the floor came out smiling and laughing didn't even offer an apology
This is my favorite place to eat in the neighborhood. You get to choose from a wide variety of beans, greens, vegetables, meat and veg dishes that feel home made in the best way. My favorites are the mac and cheese, the cabbage, the black eyes peas, the chickpeas, yams, and fried plantains. Pineapple ginger drink is on point, too. It's healthy and delicious, the people working here are really nice, and there's always a good energy here.
Do not eat here! This places has roaches crawling all over the place. Saw about 6 of them in the buffet area.
Nice halal food conviently located on Flatbush avenue in the heart of Brooklyn. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the lack of fresh desserts. They used to have bean pies and assorted cakes but I don't see them displayed anymore.
