I strongly agree with below review. Do your self a favor! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!!! They are lire and thieves. My dad recently book his ticket thru them and he drove always to JFK and when he get there, he was told he don't have reservation and he end up paying more to catch another flight. So we call them many times to refund the money and they told us to stop by the office to pickup a check, their check bounced. This place should be shot down.

these people are theives he tock our money. We came to Zurich to vist my uncle for a week now on the paper were suspost to go back to the usa on the 22 we went to the airport that day knowing everything was Okay. now we payed cash but on the computer says we payed with credit card and plus were not even on the system to return to the usa if we wanted to leave we had to pay $4000 dollars wich we sed no because we already paid once i don't recommend going here thay are liers.please report

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Please do not do business with this agency! They are thieves, liars and frauds! The agency will ask for prepayment for tickets and then fail to book an itinerary with the airline. They will provide the client with a fraudulent itinerary for a non-existent flight or for a flight that was never confirmed. When the client goes to the airport, they find out that they ticket does not exist. Please be aware! Also, if this has happened to you, file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! They tell you everything is good and when you go to the airport you have NO RESERVATIONS! THIEVES! this place should be closed down!!!
