This location’s customer service is excellent!Much better than some big box store. They recently helped me with a warranty return with patagonia. They went above and beyond in during the process making sure I got what I wanted.

I needed a new pair of outdoor pants and the assistance I received was much appreciated. Trying a new brand of pants at my age is let's say, an uneasy experience. That's mostly because I'm set in my ways. They gave me great help and a quick result!
