I went to fill up a large star balloon for my granddaughter's birthday. The oy charged me 2.14 for filling this large balloon that was purchased at Party City 3 weeks ago. The service only took 10 minutes to be in line fill it up and pay for it. I enjoyed the staff...prompt and friendly.
