Hammerhead Pool Service and Maintenance

Amazing experience working with Hammerhead pool. Extremely professional, they truly take pride in their work. They always let us know any changes or updates and they have always known who I am and about my pool every time I call with a question. It's been such a stress free experience having them take care of our pool.

Awesome team with lots of experience. Before I found them on yelp I had another pool man that was charging less but he only lasted for 3 weeks before I got rid of him. He would let the pool turn green and although he did tell me that the filter I had was too small for the pool which he was correct. The kicker was that he was very inconsistent and would show up randomly through out the week when he had time and would make excuses so I was always chasing him to see when he was going to clean it. He would clean it on a Monday and wouldn't clean it until the following Friday so of course the pool would turn green that's almost two weeks of no treatment. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my uncle came to check on the pool when I was out of town and the filter was leaking. The pool man didn't close it properly and left it leaking for a week. You get what you pay for I guess?! That's when I let him go and I jumped on line and found Hammerhead Pool Service. Love them they are prompt consistent this is important for when we have parties and want some privacy. They are well informed about all aspects of my pool. It is always clean and clear. They recently changed out my Light housing, it was probably the original one since the pool was installed most likely around 1994 I'm not the original owner and I noticed it was getting water in it. They replaced the bulb and gasket to see if that would fix it to try and save me the cost of replacing the whole light, even though they did recommended for me to replace the whole light. The light started getting water in it again. Sure enough they were correct! They were quick at draining the pool and replacing the the whole light. I also had them install a newer bigger filter and pool pump and my pool is always running optimal. I love that they send me my invoices through email and I can pay with a card instead of writing checks and mailing them out.

Our pool pump failed and they were able to quote and come out within 2 days to install a new pump. I found them on google since they had good reviews, I decided to give them a try. Great service, fast and friendly!

In 3 years I went through alot of pool service companies, about 5. Some would say they serviced when they had not, show up on random days, not vacuum, etc. etc. Hammerhead did it all and was on time like clock work. Pool was always immaculate and clean. I have already recommend them to my home buyers and hopefully the service continues!
