I've ported into Hampton recently. I'm having a difficult time finding a reasonably priced DECENT home. The homes in  this area are so old and I've noticed that landlords ask for unreasonably high rent and ridiculously high deposits. There are just not a lot of available properties under RHA. Not to mention, customer service is substandard.
