Hampton Inn Manhattan-Chelsea

The hotel and its employees were outstanding. They also have excellent regular housekeeping services. A comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay that will meet your needs. This hotel is without a doubt beautiful and unquestionably my favorite. The food and desserts are delicious. This hotel comes highly recommended from me.

Fine place to stay. My room was very cleaned. It is located in a great location for the Chelsea neighborhood. Only issue I had was that the smoke alarm was not fully mounted to the ceiling, therefore the wires were exposed. Sloppy!

Nice, recently refurbished hotel. Rooms are a little smaller than other Hilton-owned hotels in NYC but there is room enough. Fridge & coffee/tea maker in the unit under the TV. Safe, iron & ironing board in the wardrobe. The usual selection of amenities in the bathroom including shower cap & 'beauty kit'. Staff very friendly.

Staff is friendly and helpful! But there is always that one SOB that has to ruin things fof ya! Tho this empmoyee was rude and judgmental the other staff that work here are fantastic and only because of them id stay here again. The rooms are adequate, comfy and cozy. The free breakfast is fantastic!

Checkin process is very long, breakfast ends at 9am very early. Room is nice
