I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to pay my regards, and to thank you for the wonderful service, and hospitality. It was our first visit with my family.We had a wonderful time staying over here, and we will definitely come again, and will also recommend your hotel to our friends, and family. From food to room service everything was perfect, and we really appreciate the effort you put in to make your guest comfortable, despite of the peak season. I wish you all the very best, and we will definitely come again. Thank you so much! All people in Paris is Very nice people! Very help-full.
We enjoyed our stay here with our 3 kids, rooms were comfortable after travelling all day Local amenities and shops are great Bit of a walk to metro but we managed it every day and got to see the local area The only negative experience I had was the girls at front desk in the mornings weren’t very friendly or helpful My daughter left her bag with money in it at a cafe in Paris and I asked these girls if they can ring the place for me, I even googled the number and place but they didn’t look they wanted to help me and told me to speak to them myself which annoyed me as I don’t speak French? Otherwise great hotel. Guy at the bar always smiled and said hello to us every evening We traveled to Disneyland so we were exhausted but the rooms were comfortable for us Only other negative was a random buzzing sound which last about 1-2 seconds in our room
We spent two horrible nights in your hotel and unfortunately we have two more nights. On arrival the receptionist gave us a room for the disabled saying that it was the only thing she had or a room with two beds and my reservation was for a normal double room. she checked us into the handicapped room convincing us that the only difference that room had was that it was bigger. When we got to the room it was fully equipped for a disabled person. when we went down to the reception she magically had a double room and she gave it to us and it was worse. we practically had to sleep in a fridge since the heating didn't work. In the morning they told us that they would fix it later in the day and it was not. When we arrived at night they changed our room, which did not have heating and had a broken hot water jug. The only solution they gave us was to change the room again tonight and it is 11:00 p.m. Terrible service at this hotel. which does not consider the health of its guests sleeping in refrigerators instead of rooms.
I had mixed experience checking into the hotel. I came early around 10:00 a.m. and I was told that I can only check in by 3:00 p.m. which is weird considering I am a Hilton Honor member. Subsequently, while I was waiting, the front desk person checked in other guests who came after me. So I did not have a really great experience. Also being Hilton Honor member, I should get two bottle of water everyday. However, that was not the case and we were charged for bottled water. Other than that, breakfast was really good with good choices.
Had a bad experience in this hotel with very bad sewage smell coming from the shower drain. The rooms are small and are separated from the bathroom with only a sliding door, so the smell spreads into the whole room quickly. I complained to the reception on two occasions but they were not able to fix the issue. Also if you are not familiar with this neighborhood, it is kind of run down - no street lighting at night near the hotel and even the trash can outside the hotel front door is always overflowing with trash. Definitely not the hotel experience that I have come to expect from a Hilton.
We booked our stay months in advance for four nights in Paris and were called by hotel staff two days prior to check in to be told that our stay could not be accommodated. We were given three options for alternate locations. We asked to review the hotels and return an email, however hotel staff was later unreachable via email or call. We had to call the brand’s customer care to get rebooked elsewhere.
Beautiful modern hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, it’s way too limited for a 4* property we chose to go have breakfast outside even though it is part of our package. The hotel has underground car parking, very safe and convenient. The location isn’t great for tourists wanting to mingle in the main touristic spots, even if u have a car - parking in the center is a nightmare. So u end up spending $$ on Uber. However this is a great location for business travelers I believe. Overal we liked this hotel very much
The hotel internally was stunning. Customer service needs improvement and we did not have our room cleaned for 2 days. Good location if you want to be slightly out of Paris
Avoid at all cost! I do agree on all the tips mentioned by the other customers about the receptionists giving cold shoulder. They were clearly out of touch. I hope they can have training for better treating customers. This hotel is very far from the metro and from the activities in Paris. The ameneties are sub par! No fridge, the coffee kettle will electrocute you as they are broken and exposing wires. Breakfast? The boulangerie outside is far better than this. This is the first time I opted for Hilton property and never again. They will also ask additional fees ~€80 for city taxes during check-in after you paid using your card in advance. I wish this was stated during reservation. I would stay stick on Marriott properties or airbnb, you will be treated better, will be esteemed as a valuable customer and will get amenities that you deserve than this place.
Avoid at any cost! Stayed in the hotel for 2 night/3 days On our second day while we were getting ready to go to Moulin Rouge I have realised that my entire suitcase is wet We have immediately called the reception but were completely ignored I have ended up wearing same clothes I wore before and travelled back in clothes I have arrived- absolutely unbelievable Upon check we were supposed to be refunded 1 night but “in error” I was actually charged 1 extra night!!! Hotel has not refunded the correct amount they charged me for and it’s now a month since my stay and my actual refund has never been processed Unbelievable how low the standard of Hilton have became and it’s now actually an untrustworthy brand.
