I have been using HRW since I attended college in 1984 . They always work with me and I have had nothing less than outstanding service. I have had no less than 30 frames made by them and never had a single issue. Watercolors need special attention to conservation and the staff has the knowledge to get the job done correctly. I bring my dog Lucy with me as she greets everyone there with a howl and they all know she is there and come to greet her. Only once have I been there when they were too busy, but they told me straight away that they would be some time before they could get to me. I went to lunch and came back later.

I have been a customer for about three years, and I have received the best customer service and craftsmanship. I recently turned in a piece for framing, and I received it back in less than a week! They have everything you need for diy framing, art projects and more. I highly recommend this business to all friends and family.

Attempted to place an order for some cardboard protective corners over three weeks ago. I received an email confirming, but noting "Total Shipping Cost Will Be Emailed Once Your Order Has Been Weighed, Please Allow Up to 24 Hours For Shipping for Most Accurate Shipment Cost. Thank You" There is no contact information (phone number or name) anywhere on the email. After one week I received no communication, emailed them back ,inquiring. 3 weeks later, I have still heard or received no communication. This company is desperately lacking in customer service.
