Have used Hancock for 5 years. Very professional and solid value. And while whole staff is great, I want to give a special shout-out to Norm Lacey, who has always exceeded expectations

My experience was wonderful from the time I spoke with the receptionist until the work was done. I would highly recommend this company. The person who came out to do work on my system (Jeff) was very professional and helpful. I can't say enough!

They replaced my HVAC in my attic. Very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job! Would recommend them, especially my team (Brad in sales and Colt and Roy in installation)

We were pleased with Hancock's honesty, their price for installing our new heat pump, how they take the time to explain things and answer questions, and their politeness.

I have personally had my ups and downs with the company . But considering the fact that Brad who I feel is the CEO has stood by me as a consumer is doing everything he can in his power to make me as a customer feel satisfactory . when you run across the company that has a person that stands up to further customer regardless of what happens you have to stick by that individual because he speaks for his corporation . We're still working through the details but I have no choice to stand bye Brad. he is the face of his company and he is doing one hell of a job . I usually don't leave my name but in this one everybody calls me P
