Handler Appliance service is great! They've helped me in the past with my Samsung products and now Bosch dishwasher. Isaac was knowledgeable and thorough and I appreciate his determination to make a perfect repair. They have been very nice people to deal with and I would recommend them highly.
My family and I are incredibly grateful for Handler Appliance! Our oven is on the older side the 1970’s! so when it wasn’t working one night, we were convinced we would have to get a new oven and subsequently redo our kitchen. However, when we contacted Handler Appliance they assured us that no appliance is too old for them to repair and they were right! When Isaac came to inspect the oven, he took it apart and looked inside to see what was or wasn’t happening. He saw that a part/wire was no longer “communicating” properly and that it would need to be replaced. He was convinced the part was out there, but it was going to take some time. Although we were without an oven for a few weeks, he found the part and was able to replace it! We’ve been able to cook and bake ever since! Throughout the entire process Isaac was kind, patient and extremely positive! We will definitely contact them again for any other repairs! If they can repair our 1970’s oven, they can repair your appliance!
At a time when communication, responsiveness and quality are declining, Handler Appliance is a beacon of hope for homeowners. Handler Appliance has visited my home twice for two unrelated appliance repairs, and each time has communicated early and efficiently, arrived when expected, diagnosed and quoted the repair within 15 minutes and repaired it within an hour. I'm deeply impressed with their service and professionalism and can not recommend them more highly.
Horrible company. I requested service on a malfunctioning cook top burner. When Isaac arrived, the burner was somehow functioning properly without any intervention. No repair or service was needed. Isaac did absolutely nothing, other than show up at my house, and yet he charged me $137 for doing nothing. No contractor should rip you off like this. Handler lost a long-standing customer today. Never use this company for appliance repairs - it is terrible.
Overall, excellent. Came promptly. Stand by their products and work. I should know because they came back twice and even found something else wrong on the third time and replaced the part without further charges. They are by far the most honest and skilled repair company I have dealt with and the only ones in my area who are authorized service for Viking appliances. Moses can service all makes and models and is extremely skilled. Will use whenever needed.
We had an ongoing issue with a Viking range that we purchased from a second hand store. The oven temperature was not corresponding with the temperature on the set knob. Issac came out within two days, immediately knew what the problem was and ordered the parts for repair. Less than five days later Issac was back, installed the parts, and even fixed three of the stove igniters without charging. It is clear that Issac has years of experience working with high end appliances. This company is fantastic and will be my go to moving forward.
Moses is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and a total professional. Glad to know that if I ever have problems with any appliances Handler & Moses can come to the rescue.
