I am not one with much time to write reviews, however, the experience I enjoyed on October 21, 2024 is a rare exception. Upon my arrival at Hanes Outlet in Gloucester Premium Outlets in Blackwood, NJ, there was nothing I could have expected. That is because I never find anything that will fit in an outlet store. But, sometimes desperation can steer us in the right direction. The lovely women Melanie, Gracie and Victoria treated me like royalty! They were ALL professional and determined to take whatever time was necessary to meet my needs. These women are seasoned and knowledgeable which I never expected to find here! and were able to help me immensely! They are ALL passionate about the value they bring to Hanes and the customer. I am embarrassed to admit that the first bra I tried was a perfect fit, which made me shed a tear or two in the dressing room! Please know I am of an age that has presented me with years of expensive purchases out of frustration that needed to be donated. These three exceptional women were determined to change my experience buying underwear! I truly hope these women are recognized for their excellence and passion for their jobs! Always helpful staff. Huge selection of bras and underwear for all sizes. As a 40D, it's so nice to be able to buy a pretty bra. My choices are generally white, beige, and sometimes black. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it can be expensive. You just have to shop smart. Right now 40% off 3 bras. Great price!
I am so glad I stopped in this store while visiting the outlets. Pam was beyond awesome and helped me from start to finish. Her personality was very pleasant and she is extremely knowledgeable. The store sales were great and the selections were nice. I will return very soon! I highly recommend this store!
If you like the Hanes brand this is the place. Good prices and decent selection. Seems to have a lot of women's clothes.
from the second i stopped in here to the moment i left, i’ve never been treated with so much amazing customer service. juanita i hope i’m spelling this correctly was helping me with fitting and picking out new bras and since i had no idea what i was talking about, i was so so grateful for her help. everyone was so friendly and helpful. i’m so glad i stopped in and i’ll definitely be coming back.
It is a very good place if you need clothing from hanes at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place. The people are very helpful and friendly.
I didn't get the best customer service. A woman with red hair was fixing the door and I was waiting to get in. When she was done she just let the door go practically in my face. When I got in she was by the door didn't greet me etc Neither did the young lady working with her also standing by the door. I left without buying anything.

The staff is extremely helpful! Not only will they measure you, they will give you suggestions. The manager was awesome and very patient. They have a wide selection. Its very organized and clean. Prices are very cheap compared to other places.
Was looking for nightgowns but they didn't have any. Do all women sleep in pj's? I can't, I get all tangled Up.
