I had to utilize Hangover because a weekend of turnup in Las Vegas went way left really fast. I am so happy that I was able to work with Claudia. She was very comforting and extremely professional whenever we communicated. I would utilize Hangover again solely because of my experience with Claudia. I give a 4 out 5 because the late night personnel needs some additional customer service training, but everyone else I encountered via the telephone were accommodating. Thanks for everything Claudia!
