Pretty good service I always get as a regular customer of your Auburn Hannaford. One thing I’d love to see is deals on your 12-packs of Hannaford soda!! I see deals that coke and Pepsi offer but never on Hannaford brand soda. I believe your Hannaford soda is about 4.19-4.29 per 12-pack. Maybe run a deal like 3 12-packs for $10.00 I don’t mind Hannaford soda but deals like I just stated would be great. I’m curious to see where your sales would go on your 12-packs if an offer/deal like that was offered. I’d stick up for sure! Also, I want to give a shout out to your Deli team! Jessica really runs a great Deli with an amazing team. Know me by first name and ALWAYS take damn good care of me!! Consider me satisfied. End of good rant
Wish there was a minus choice. Had my order delivered, driver did not pay attention to delivery instructions, I waited outside for 30 minutes, finally walked around our building and there were my bags, ripped open and all of the chicken, beef, sausage hot dogs and some frozen items gone. Called the store, they referred me to insta cart, who state they send to corporate, and I will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. So.who is reimbursed
If I could use a zero here, I would. I have been a customer of the N Windham store for over 20 years and have been a customer of the Hannaford to go since it began. I picked up an order on a Wednesday. The coleslaw from that order had a due date of the 6th and it was the 3rd. I opened it and it was bad so I called the Hannaford to Go. I explained what happened to a $2.29 bag of slaw and was put on hold. The person who addressed me was the general manager of the store. I related the issue and then asked that I was curious why he was called. He stated that I had called about products previously and just wanted to be sure it was on the level. I can truthfully say that I was flabbergasted at the idea that a customer would be referred to as not being honest about products that were obviously tainted, spoiled, and so forth! The prices on these items were minuscule compared my dropping of 150 to 200 hundred dollars and more once a week. He said that they didn't receive a lot of calls and I stated that he didn't because people would rather toss the spoiled item away rather than go through what I just did. I further informed him that after 20 years, I was done with Hannaford. The store is filthy. They are always out of products. It has gone down the tubes progressively over the past five years or so. What a crock! Managers are not well-trained either and are below standards that were in place when Jared was there. Associates are rude and barely look at the person who is checking out. Far cry from what this store-chain used to be. Plenty of others around including Wal-Mart, Shaw's, B.J.'s, IGA -- not to mention on-line. I tried to reach someone in the corporate office -- forget it. One could get through to the White House more easily.
Mold on the Broccoli crowns at the New Windsor NY store. I have a video of it. I also have pictures of Foxy iceberg lettuce that are as small as a grapefruit. I have pictures if you want to see for yourself. Two weeks ago I took pictures of moldy Tortilla wraps . I have sent complaints on and yet the store is still terrible. I only go out of convenience because the store is always easy in and out with no lines probably because customers stay away
Would give a zero star review if I could. I have never dealt with a more incompetent unprofessional rude and on a knowledgeable people in my life that I’ve ever worked at a pharmacy. I believe that Bob might want to train his people better in Buxton. They have no idea what medication they have behind the counter considering I already asked when I was there the first time the woman very rudely told me they do not carry that it is not part of the pharmacy department and that they would have to have me go to the “center of the store“. Now I know this is not a fact because I have bought from the pharmacy this product before. So just out of curiosity I called later on to see if they had the product or if it was something they no longer carry. The woman who honestly I would say is less than desirable told me that they did have it but she had no idea why the other people didn’t know . I do not understand how a pharmacy does not know what it is that they sell. I also do not understand why the Hannaford pharmacy in Buxton is full of very rude people. Hi I am very sorry that these are the people that Hannaford chooses to reflect their company.
I tried to write a check at my local Hannaford in Winthrop. I have had this checking all my life. I wrote checks before hannaford took over from Mister Mkt... I had to write a check because my debit card was compromised at Walmart - oh, Joy! My check was refused by Hannaford. I called a number on my receipt for an outfit called Telecheck. This company is in the PHILLIPINES... A company in the Philippines is policing the validity of my check ... A person at Telecheck said because they have no record of my checking account in their system... no kidding!?! They wanted my phone number, which I refused to give them. Going back to Shaws Supermarket. Bad form Hannaford.
Brunswick Hannaford Store has terrible customer service. The "Customer Service Manager" was aggressive, hostile and unmasked. She also stood too close. The "Store Manager" just keep say "ok" but he did not resolve the matter. I called the Corp office and complained about them. The issue was about the poor quality brown paper bags of which 2 ripped and split my groceries on the pavement.
I mostly enjoy shopping at Hannaford, although I wish they had more organic veggies. However, my one real pet peeve is that they have their paper bags manufactured so incredibly cheaply that many times I've had a bag explode open in the parking lot, dumping everything out. While I agree that we need to reduce our use of paper and plastic, the problem here is that if a store is going to provide a bag and charge for it, they need to make a bag that actually holds the items. Today, one of the cashiers went through 3 bags in a row while trying to bag my items, and each bag ripped open so he had to discard each bag. What a waste of time and paper! The cashier was rightfully annoyed and so was I. Aside from that real never-ending annoyance at Hannaford, I generally like shopping there.
I am a Health care worker and have worked the Epidemic and I have been shopping at the hannaford in Athol Massachusetts but you should talk to your employees about being a little nicer to your customers . I've had with their Attitude !!! And to be honest I think I will be going back to market basket why should I spending my money at a store that treats their customers like that. Alison Merritt
This is a complaint about your Bucksport hannafords. My husband went to buy a self rising crust pizza. We always get the dejorno pizza . I probably spelled it wrong however when he went to the register the cashier noticed it was busted open so he went to get another one. All of that brand was busted open. We always buy the supreme. He ended up getting a Hannaford brand self rising pizza. It was much smaller and the crust did not ride. It was so greasy I fed it to the dog. I took a couple bits and did not eat anymore of it. Also the stores bread isle is not well stocked. No sourdough no pumpanick bread. Hannaford white bread is either to thin or dried out. Also, they stopped selling Hannaford brand bologna and salami. Those use to be a good buy especially for us people on a fixed income brand names are to expensive especially the salami. Why was that taken away?
