I bent the band on my beautiful 3 diamond wedding ring and took it to Hannoush in in Manchester to be repaired. I also brought my white gold diamond band to be resized. In the past I have used another jewelry store for these types of service, and have always had to wait several weeks while the jewelry was sent out to be repaired. Not this time! Both bands were ready for me to pick up in just three days and in addition to the repairs, which were perfect, my rings had been cleaned and looked new! Also, when I brought the rings in, Tony, the store owner, had noticed that a small diamond chip was missing in the white gold band, and I was able to have it replaced as well. All for a VERY reasonable price. I definitely recommend Hannoush I'm Manchester for all your jewelry needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the jewelry is beautiful!

Definitely some beautiful pieces in this jewelry shop. The owner is super sweet and helped my hunny find a great chain for his pendants. We'll be going back for sure! My husband and I went to Tony back in February to purchase our wedding rings. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, honest, and has fair prices. I highly recommend him, and will definitely be going back to him again!

First I'am going to start off by saying Five stars is not enough, 10 Stars. My girlfriend and I visited this store in August of 2021 and was met by a very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL man by the name of Tony, we looked at a few diamonds and settings, Tony was was very helpful and informative about each item we looked at, you can really tell he enjoys what he does and does not push anything on to the customer they dont want, so i asked if he would write down the information of a particular setting and diamond on a business card for future reference, he was generous enough to include everything i needed for future inquires with him. So fast forward to August 2022, I've decided to ask my girlfriend to marry me, we have looked at dozens of Jewelers, but I still had that business card still kicking around in my wallet, I gave Tony a call and said you probably don't remember me from a year ago, but i would like to business with you, he said fantastic, he was very excited that I still had his card from the year prior, i was able to send him a pic of the card and Tony worked his magic with a new Setting and Diamond. Tony was awesome through the whole transaction and keeping me up to date with the sizing and mounting time. I received the Certification and appraisal for the setting and Diamond. We met Tony at a MA Hannoush location about 20+ years ago as we purchased our engagement & wedding ring then. We had a great experience. Now 20 years later we went looking for an Anniversary band in the Manchester area. Tried a few other places and then ended up with Tony. He was very helpful and was great to work with. We appreciate his kindness.

We first stopped in to Hannoush Jewelers a couple years ago, randomly, just to get some ideas for an engagement ring. Needless to say, due to Tony and his great insight, he created a beautiful, custom made ring for my fiance', exactly the way she envisioned it and more. Fast forward to a month ago, we returned to visit Tony and asked him to create our special wedding bands and he did not disappoint, they are perfect, we are extremely happy with how they came out. Needless to say, you will not find better service and expertise. Tony is fantastic! I have a watch that was gifted to me in college over 20 years ago. The crystal had been cracked, bezel lost, and watch not working for years due to my negligence. Over said 20 years, I attempted to have the watch repaired in three different states at reputable jewelers with no luck. I figured I would give it one more shot before parting ways with my heirloom. Within a couple of weeks, I received a text message with a picture of my watch in pristine working order! It is beautiful! With great memories restored, I highly recommend Tony and his team.
