Hanover Platt Park

This apartment building is extremely irresponsible, please see pictures of daily water waste that this building generates. I am 1000% sure that a majority of their water sprinklers do not work properly and clearly this place doesn't care about the waste they generate

Have loved living here. The maintenance team is always timely Attila was the most recent. The amenities are always clean. We have a dog walker and the front office is always cooperative and made it easy for her to get in and out. Great location and cool neighborhood.

Living here is great! The maintenance team is amazing and come right away when you submit a request in my experience the apartments have state of the art appliances. Also everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

This has been such a wonderful place to live. Justin has helped me extensively in the leasing office, and Mike and Gary do an excellent job responding to maintenance requests in a very timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and amenities.

I have lived at Platt Park for 2 years previously Hanover Platt Park and have been working with Justin in the front office. He has been so helpful and attentive with my renewal. He’s been a breath of fresh air and makes the apartment a better place to live!
