Pat and whole team at Hanson provide prompt, accurate and reasonably priced service. Had them install a couple softeners over the years, even helped service a competitor softener. Always happy to help! Highly recommend them.

Dustin and Jake came out to look at my iron curtain after years of dwindling water pressure. The 1” diameter check valve proved to be clogged to the point it was less than a straw in diameter. They replaced the check valve and cleaned the iron curtain and pipes. Water pressure was restored, service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with the crew at Hanson Soft Water.

Had a problem with our water softener. Called Hanson and they came over on time and quickly. Patrick was wonderful fixing the problem and explaining what he was doing each step of the way. I would highly recommend using Hanson. -marissa

We just moved into a new house and noticed that the water softener was leaking. I called and Tina was very polite and knowledgeable. She told me that I could have somebody in a couple of days. A half hour later she called back to let me know she had spoken to the tech and they were able to get somebody out that day! The tech was very friendly and explained to me how the softener works and how to fix things on it in the future. You don't receive service like that anymore. In addition, I was charged almost half of what was quoted to me because it was a quick fix. You NEVER see that. Everybody there ROCKS, thank you!
