I have been twice. The first time the older woman barely touched me and then insisted I give no less than 20% tip. Then the second time, I signed up for 20 mins for back, 20 mins on feet. At check out, he insisted that it was an hour and that I pay double what I budgeted for. Very disappointed.
My spouse and I went to have a body massage. While having our massages the gentleman doing my massage asked if I wanted to continue my massage to end at the same time as my spouses massage. I said sure. Then the gentleman told the lady doing my spouse's massage something in their language then mentioned $20 in English. When our massages were done the lady made me place the amt on their paper then pointed to tip and said "tip tip". I placed a tip amt onto the paper and she shook her head and said "no tip more, tip more" and pointed to the tip spot. This aggravated me and I almost changed their tip to nothing but instead I increased it. They got their $20 tip. Went to pay for the massage and handed her the card and she happily said "debit" and I corrected her by saying "no credit". Then she said a sad sounding "oh". She ran the card and it kept being declined. She informed me there was no money on the card when their was. My spouse noticed that their internet wasnt connected and notified them of this. She suddenly disappeared and another employee came out to run the card and Again their internet was disconnected. My spouse had to go get cash to pay for our massage. They were all very happy for the cash but no receipt given. VERY SKETCHY!!!!!! Save your time, money, and aggravation. I'm really surprised Nevada hasn't either pulled their licenses or done an audit. All that cash and no paper trail.
The massage itself was fine enough but the people we're rude, so I didn't enjoy it much. When we paid the woman said we had to give tips and, due to the treatment not being that great, I said I'd like to just pay the price. She insisted I gave tips and just to move on I gave a $6,- tip. She then gave me the final receipt 2 seconds after where she had taken $8,- instead. It's not the few extra dollars that pisses me off, but the way she handled it all.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went in with my daughter to get a 10 min back massage at $25. I told them what we wanted but they didn't seem to understand and they seemed to have poor English. We pointed at the board were it said 10min massage. Next thing before we knew it we were sat on the bed and they stated to give us a foot massage. If you could call it that. Just alot of rubbing a 2 year old child would of done better. The lady was quite rude and listened in when my daughter and I were talking. After the foot massage we got our back massage finally. I told them 10 mins they kept saying 20 I said no 10 the man said oh your daughter is getting 20 I said no she wants 10. So to cut a long story down they rubbed my daughter for 20 then went to charge us. I tipped $5 suddenly their english improved and said it was too little i went in for a $25 massage and ended up paying $65 my daughter the same. The men were rude and asked for a bigger tip. Avoid these scammers. A waste of $130.
I’m a Las Vegas local and go here at least once a week. Never had any problems. For the people complaining about the tips, the masseuse is only paid by tips. The house gets the charge, just like most every other massage parlor. For the people complaining about the language issues, quit being racist and go to Bellagio and pay $200 for a 20 minute foot massage.
If I could give zero stars I would this is the single worst foot rub of my life! They rubbed my feet with hand sanitizer which caused massive chemical burns all over my feet after what was the worst foot rub of my life they demanded I tip. When I refused I was Told "you must not be American, all Americans tip" I will be Pursuing legal action for my well documented chemical burns! Update: the next day my feet are so bad I have to go to the hospital and they have ruined the rest of my trip! my wife is also have signs of burns by far the worst experience of my life I beg you please do not go here
The lady took me too the back insisted On a tip I put 3 and she said no 5 dollars 20% . I left feeling robbed $20 20% tip is 4 dollars. I’m paying for my service I tip people if I feel like tipping them . And when I work I don’t ask people to tip me .
Me and Wife went in here to get our hurting feet massaged. I was not happy with the massage! My person a very tall asian lady that talked more than she massaged. She didn't oil my feet right so when she massaged my feet with her gloves it was like she was dry rubbing the skin off my bones and burned. At the end of the horrible massage, I was asked to go to a small back room where she had me sit down and fill out my own receipt. Not knowing what was going on, she had me write my name and my wifes name on seperte lines, fill in the charges they were charging me and than fill in the tip as she kept saying tip, tip. I did like her converstion but was not happy with the massage. Now the lady that did my wifes feet didnt speak at all and my wife said she did a great job and I agree because i watched her and she focused on my wifes feet and had them nice and oily. I dont think she spoke much english but thats ok because the one that did talk, talked to much and focused on her job less. STOP HAVING PEOPLE FILL OUT THEIR OWN RECEIPTS THATS HORRIBLE AND DON'T ASK FOR A TIP, DO A GOOD JOB AND IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN. WHY DOES EVERY PLACE ON EARTH WANT A TIP NOW FOR A JOB THEIR GETTING PAID FOR TO DO ALREADY, ITS EVERYWHERE?!
Located inside of Circus Circus, it's convenient to get to if you're staying in the hotel. There were two women in there. I paid $30 for 30min of foot and lower leg massage. She was talking in a different language to her co worker pretty much 70% of the time which was annoying because I was trying to relax and they didn't seem too happy. The massage it's self was pretty good, my feet were sore from all the walking we did so it was a nice relief. Good skill but not the best customer service. Do they care, didn't seem like it they just do their thing.
Not very clean. My therapist was definitely not a professional therapist. Very rude cashier. Forces you to pay tips. Asked for a ridiculous 30%! Not for such a bad service.
