Was able to just walk in, unlike the other places that were booked. The lady was so sweet!!!! Decent foot massage. I would've liked it a bit harder, but maybe because I'm petite she assumed it was better to be gentle. Tipped 25% and she was extremely grateful.

About the only thing great about this place is the unique massage experience. Worth a try for $55 hour. Don't expect great customer service and if you don't tip well they will literally pressure you and snear at you. Unbelievable! With that treatment I'll never go back.

Great, deep massage. I always leave feeling relaxed! I do miss the service of hot tea and orange wedges, but it's been a while since I have been to HF and I assume this was a change during the pandemic.

Phenomenal! It was easy to book an appointment, they had availability for three of us at once including a 9 year old, and they were attentive to our requests. Very comfortable and amazing massages. We’re going back again as soon as we can.

The therapist name was Lucy. She was about halfway through an hour foot massage when 2 men walked in. She spent at least 10 minutes on her phone talking and texting someone and looking to see where the men clients went. The other therapist Chloe noticed I wasn’t happy and apologized saying the boss overbooked. I paid for an hour and did not get an hour. I gave her a $5.00 tip and begged after for a 20% tip. I didn’t want to cause a scene. I would never go to this place again. So disappointed. Terrible service

If you haven't had a Chinese "Foot bath" , give it a try. Is really soaking feet while getting craniosacral massage, reflexology, and full body massage with clothes on. A defined routine and extremely reasonable price! We do 1.5 hours. Involves high pressure massage so be prepared and expect to feel like you are walking on clouds afterwards!

Worst 30 minute massage ever. I felt the guy was beating me instead of massaging me. I kept flinching and asking him to ease up and he complied for a few seconds but quickly resumed the torture. After he was done I went to pay and add a $5 tip. They owner or manager had the audacity to tell me, “no no no, 20% at least. Needless to say this was insanely subpar service and inappropriate to try to dictate to me how much to tip someone who caused more pain than before I went in for the visit.

My husband and I went in randomly Saturday night for a foot massage. It was $55 for one hour and it was a solid massage - we felt great in the end! The tipping situation was odd though, so I was somewhat relieved when I later saw other people had the same experience in their reviews. We had given each masseuse a 21% tip and the women cashing us out expressed obvious disappointment - it was very awkward.

They initially refused to give me change and said it was for the tip. I indicated that I would tip 20% on the regular price as I received a small discount. That was not to their liking as they took the money and walked away without saying anything. Very unprofessional and the massage was mediocre at best. I will not waste my money at this establishment.

Love this place. Great 90 minute massage. Always leave relaxed.
